The Congress is scheduled over 6 days from 21-26 July, 2023.

Registration is fully inclusive for the whole congress duration and priced per person.

This is fully inclusive of-

• Accommodation (see details below on room allocations and choices)

• Full programme of activities and events for duration of congress

• Snacks and meals for applicable days (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

• Transportation (not including airport shuttle transportation)

• Event room and spaces

• Merchandise

​Age Restrictions for Registrants
All participants must be between the ages of 18 and 37 years of age as of the first day of the Congress on 21st July, 2023 and therefore born between 21st July 1986 and 21st July 2005
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration without refunds if any participant is found to be born outside of the above date range

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in your registration fee for the duration of the congress.

We have 4 types of rooms for you to choose from (subject to availability)- please see below

As a delegate, you will be required to share your room with another delegate unless you opt for a single room, where you will have the whole room to yourself. Please note you can only have one person stay and assigned to a single room!  You have the option to either specify who you would like to share with ( 2 other individuals for a triple room or 1 other for a double or twin) or choose to not specify anyone and then the congress organisers will allocate you an individual to share with. Please note that due to room configurations we cannot guarantee that you will be with the individual who you specify but where possible we will try to accommodate your request.

 

Please note that these individuals must all register and pay for the congress and the same type of room as you and also put your name down in the request to share with section. You will have to note down the full name of the other individuals in your registration form who you wish to share with. If they do not register, pay and put down your name too, we cannot guarantee you will be put with your chosen individuals and instead will be placed with other delegates at the discretion of the congress organisers. For this we will ensure all rooms are comprised of delegates of the same sex and of a similar age range.
